Parks, smiles and friends.

Hi friends, welcome to a new entry blog. Today we´ ll talk about a show, i´ ve lost the custom of watching them, so the lockdown helped to start again.

I choose a comedy, to forget for a while about the tense reality, so i choose Parks and Recreations, created by Greg Daniels (SNL, The Simpsons) and Michael Schur (The office, The good place, B99) so it had a lot of potential, the story happens in Pwanee, where Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) is a hardworking employee (too much, sometimes) and in the first episode, she meets Anne (Rashida Jones), a citizen who lives in from of a whole where her boyfriend fell into, Leslie propose to transforn the place into a park and from that moment their friendship starts.

The show is full of wonderful characters, starting with department boss, Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman), who really hates the concept of Government and public politics, April  (Aubrey Plaza) an apatic person ful of  sinister thoughts, Tom Haverford (Aziz Ansari) who is always looking to make his own business and to celebrate "Treat yourself day" with Donna (Retta), and Jerry who is...who is Jerry? (watch the show and you will understand). In the season 2 we meet the viles Chris Traeger (Rob Lowe) and Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott) a  human disaster, who come to give the show an important plot twist.

This comedy show us, in the style of the Office with interviewing the vharacters and awareness of the camera, how is a municipal office and teamwork, aside from the comedic and sometimes ridiculous situations, it show us how is to have true friends and work for greater good, that is to say, the community, even if the community sometimes doesn´ t get you.

Parks and Recs has 7 seasons, and each chapter last approximately 40 minutes, is good to relax laugh and get a little more hopeful about life. The world needs more Leslie Knopes.
